Dennis Mutton is a management consultant specializing in natural resource management, primary industries and resources, regional growth initiatives and business-government relations. From 1989 to 2002 he was Chief Executive of a range of Government agencies in South Australia including Chief Executive of Primary Industries and Resources SA from 1997 to 2002. He has a wide portfolio of directorships including Western Plains Resources Ltd. and Elders Ltd. He chairs the boards of the SA Natural Resources Management Council and the Australian Grape and Wine R&D Corporation. DCM is a substantial shareholder of Australian Zircon and it holds worldwide marketing rights for the Company's mineral products.

Mr Wilton is a graduate in geology and economic geology from the University of Adelaide and a graduate in business from the Queensland University of Technology. He is a resident of Adelaide. He has 25 years professional and management experience with major Australian resource houses and he has been involved successively in exploration, development, production, business planning and business implementation.

Ken, 39, has a Bachelor Degree in Metallurgical Engineering, and a Masters Degree in Technology Management. He has been involved in the mining industry for eighteen years, in which time he has worked in gold, copper, and iron operations, as well as pilot plant and laboratory management. |
