Marty Adams has 30 years experience in the mining industry. Holding a degree in Mining Engineering and an MBA, he has held operational and management positions in open pit and underground operations and worked on gold, copper, iron ore, lead/zinc and mineral sands projects.

Steve McEwen - (Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director)
Steve McEwen has been in financial services sector and a Chartered Accountant for over 20 years. He has held the position of Finance Director, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary in the mining, manufacturing and financial services industries. He is principally experienced in areas of finance, system policies and control, financial reporting, risk management and compliance. |

Andrew Reeves
Andrew Reeves is a degree qualified mechanical engineer with 30 experience in the development, operation and maintenance of mining operations.
Andrew's experience covers alluvial and hard rock mining, both underground and open cut, and includes extensive exposure to processing and smelting.
Recent postings have involved taking projects from prefeasibility through to production and have included assignments in the following organizations:
BHP Billiton - Iron Ore and Olympic Dam (Copper/Gold/Uranium)
Iluka - Copper, Mineral Sands and Tin
Hillgrove Resources - Kanmantoo Copper Project

Tanya Carter started with Australian Zircon in December 2010 and is our Office Manager. She has 5 years experience working in senior administrative positions for mining companies. Her previous role was with Hillgrove Resources as Office Manager for the Kanmantoo Copper Mines. |
